Quel vin servir avec un couscous ? J'ai du monde à la maison dimanche midi, et ça sera couscous, un bon couscous (presque) aussi bon que là -bas !!!
MMM... imaginez : 4 viandes, une bonne semoule, de bons légumes...

pourquoi sacrilège.ce sont les meilleurs aux monde...
(sans chauvinisme) .si tu aime le rosé un magnique Sancerre fera l'affaire ou un cote de provence " Bandol" domaine Ott ( entre 15 et 25? environs).
N'ecoutes pas celui du dessus qui te propse un Gigondas beaucoup trop puissant pour la finesse des epices d'un coucous....Si tu es plutot rouge, optes pour un pinot noir alsacien ou un bourgogne jeune ( Beaune 1er cru ou Nuit Saint Georges).
Au fait, évites les melanges de viandes et optes plutot pour un couscous soit, au poulet soit, au mouton ) et rajoute les merguez et boulette de beuf qui importe peu dans l'aromatisation du plat . Bon appetit
